Volunteer 2-1-1 Eden Information & Referral Call Line

2-1-1 is a free non-emergency, confidential, three-digit phone number that provides easy access to housing information and critical health and human services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in multiple languages.  Tri-Valley residents are needed to volunteer in the Alameda County 2-1-1 call center that serves our area.  Help is need with Tri-Valley outreach events, quality assurance calls to clients and with trained assistance in updating the housing and services databases.  The volunteer commitment is expected to be 3-6 months with flexible hours.
