Caring volunteers provide door-through-door transportation

RideCare is a component of CityServe’s wrap around Care Coordination and helps to bridge the gap in transportation services available in the cities of San Leandro, Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore and Sunol. RideCare offers door-through-door transportation, driven by caring volunteers.

CityServe recruits and trains volunteers who not only drive participants to appointments and errands but also offer companionship and reassurance. Volunteers pick riders up at home, accompany them into the appointment if needed, and ensure they return home safely.

Through safe rides, social interaction, and compassionate care, RideCare contributes to our participants physical, emotional, social, and financial needs.
