Description of service needed: The City of Pleasanton is excited to announce the return of the in-person Hometown Holiday Celebration on Saturday, December 4 at 5 p.m. A key ingredient to the success of this event is the more than 80 volunteers who support the event operations throughout the day. We still need about 20 volunteers for shifts ranging between the hours of 2 – 8pm. Shifts include Formation Assistant, Garbage Bin Set up and Tear down, Parade Marshals (must be over 18 for this position), Stage Attendants, and Tree Lighting Attendants. Volunteers ages 14-17 are welcome to participate with an approved signed waiver from a parent.
