EBCRP has provided substance abuse, mental health, and other health related services since 1989. With locations in Oakland and Hayward, California, we offer a full range of services from residential treatment for women and children to intensive counseling and vocational training.
- Youth and Families – Project Pride has assisted women and their children since 1993. We offer a unique residential program to address mental health, alcohol and other drug problems, involving family members as much as possible. Our services address the different needs of the women and children. Mothers receive training and support on improving socialization, communication, leadership and life skills.
- Adults & Veterans – EBCRP offers a day support program for people suffering from co-occurring disorders of mental illness and substance abuse.
- Incarcerated/Re-entry – East Bay Community Recovery Project works with adult men and women who are on Probation or Parole, currently incarcerated, or under Petrial supervision.
- HV/Hepatitis Infected – OUR PLACE is designed to connect primary healthcare, individual and group counseling, care management and support services for people at risk of, or living with HIV and/or Hepatitis C.
EBCR has office locations in Oakland and Hayward.
Haven for Heroes (EBCRP) provides supportive services to very low-income Veteran families living in or transitioning to permanent housing. The program is funded by VA’s program, Supportive Services for Veterans (SSVF).
