Department of Labor – EEOICPA Services

The US Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration , Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, (OWCP) , Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act, (EEOICPA) has a variety of services available to Nuclear and Federal Workers.  The EEOICPA was passed by US Congress in 2000, this act provides compensation and medical coverage to workers who became ill as a results from exposure to radiation.
