Career Pathways Program

La Familia Career Pathways Program helps high school students get jobs, enroll in community college, and plan for their next steps through:

• Paid workshops
• Alerts about open jobs
• Access to bus passes
• Resume help
• FAFSA help
• Access to interview attire
• One-on-one career planning
• Practice interviews
• Special events at your school (at participating high schools)

You may be eligible if

• Are 16-21 years old
• Have the right to work in the US

Plus ONE of the following barriers:

1. English language learner
2. Low math and reading skills (below 9th grade level)
3. Pregnant or parenting
4. Current probation status
5. Foster youth
